Merchants Foodservice is a well-organized delivery location with a professional security guard who assists drivers upon arrival. Overnight parking is available for about eight to ten trucks, and check-in can be done the night before. The guard typically wakes drivers up between 5:00 and 6:00 AM for door assignments. Most deliveries are completed within two hours, and lumper prices are reasonable. However, there have been issues with damaged freight, and there is a suggestion for the guard to provide door numbers to improve efficiency. Overall, the facility is respected for its organization and professionalism.
