Originally, I gave this place a one star - that was a few years ago. Since then, my mind has changed drastically(through knowing the Lord Jesus more closely), and as such I want to amend my review.I'll say this - if you want someone that is going to be tough on you, this is probably a good place to go. It wasn't my cup of tea a few years back and may still not be today now that I'm in the market for self-defense lessons, but the instructor is well-respected even outside of these reviews from what I have heard, so I figure there HAS to be legitimacy to the experience he has to offer.I give it 4 stars because in truth I didn't have the best experience the first time I...read full review

I was searching for a great gym and trainer that I can connect with to help me train. Thanks to Marshall I have found the gym that's for me. He will definitely make sure your doing the exercises perfect. He will motivate you and give words of encouragement. If your looking for a new gym this is the place to be.

My first class was today and I was extremely happy with my decision to come here! Instructor Marshall was very professional, emphasized technique instead of doing so many things at once. He took his time to demonstrate and make sure that I was doing things the correct way! Very motivating, welcoming gym atmosphere! I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the gym. Looking forward to continuing this journey!
