I went in this facility on 3/15/16 rushing thinking that Friday was the last day to file taxes. I drop my w2s filled out an application and chit chatted with the "tax preparer". She tells me to go ahead and pay 65 dollars for fees. I asked her can she take it out of my taxes. She says ok because I'm not getting that much back anyway. I say that's fine. Go back today 4/18/16 to pick up my paper work. She tells me I'm only getting 25 dollars back . I'm like ok because I had no deoendents. Nothing special...I rush to get there because they close at 5... I make it 5 till. Any way long story short as I am in my car driving. I actually got back 433 dollars. Her "fees" were over 400!!!!! She basically stole from me. Who's fees are 400. Now there is no way to get in contact with the owner. I guess these people just vanished till next year!!! Help!!!
