The front desk is always pleasant and welcoming. The wait is normal for any doctors visit. The nurses are always delightful, bonus they remember my kiddo and I love it. I love how they interact with the kiddos. Always gentle. The doctors are fantastic. I go to Dr Yung and he has always been thorough with the information and knows my questions before I ask.I had to go to a different Doctor because he was out of town, I can't remember her name, but she was very delightful. Very informative and kind.

I had high hopes for this clinic because I heard so many good things about Dr.Chaney, which she is good and personable but the wait time at this clinic is ridiculous. I was told to bring my son in as a walk in at 7:30, was the first to check in, literally waited 2 hours for the front desk to tell me that Dr. Chaney was just getting in the office. If you tell me to come in at a certain time, it should be communicated when the doctor will show up. Very disappointed. Im waiting as I type this. Smh and my son still hasn't been seen. Take a whole day out to wait if you come here

I have brought all three of my children here since they were small and have always been treated fairly and with wonderful care. My children primarily see Dr. Chaney who is knowledgeable and friendly and deeply cares for my children. I even had her take a look at my newborn at the hospital when he was born. Yet both doctors have great experience and care and are highly regarded by everyone I know. I would recommend them to anyone.
