This is the second time I've gotten Senegalese twist from them and they slipped out very quickly. On January first of this year the night I got home my first twist slipped out. The next morning another 4 slipped out. I called them the next day and told them my twists were slipping and I just got them done yesterday. She asked did I have short hair as that's the reason when I've had this style by another African braid shop with shorter hair and it didn't slip for month. I'm not going back for them to redo it because it's just gone slip again. A waste of $262 NEVER GOING AGAIN THEY RUINED MY BIRTHDAY WEEK
Very unprofessional. I asked for knotless braids and I did not get knotless braids, more like box braids. When I looked at my middle part it was not straight it was very slanted and I wanted her to fix it. Do you when I brought it to her attention she gave me an attitude and said that I was being very difficult when I wanted something that I was paying for to be right. I called the owner of the store and she told me to text her the pictures but she never got back to you they have a three day policy where you can come back and get your hair fixed but I expressed to them that I could not come back in three days because I would have to take off work and they did not work with me on their mistake. I also had to come back after she was finished because she missed a part of my hair that was not braided.
The ladies there are nice and professional but this one particular lady I wouldn't recommend. I think her name is Zumba or Sumba. She complained mostly about my hair being short. I know my hair is short because I had it cut . If she didn't want to braid my hair she should've just said that. i got my braids done July 9, 2021 and Sunday July 11, 2021 it looked like I had my braids for 2 weeks. She just did anything in the back of my head. I was so mad. I went back to shop to see about someone fixing them. a lady started but she said I would have to come back to the person that did them. I don't think I will return.
