Called and scheduled an appointment for 1 outlet install for our corporate office. Tech never showed up so I called and got the receptionist. She said she'd call the tech to see what the deal was and call back. Never heard from her so I called her and she said she he just got in and would now come in the afternoon instead of the morning I had him scheduled. He never showed so I called another company to perform the service the next day. The next morning the AES tech arrives without any notice along with the other vendor. We went with the other vendor and were glad we did. There were other things pending behind having this done and having to move others schedules... read full review
