Called and scheduled an appointment for 1 outlet install for our corporate office. Tech never showed up so I called and got the receptionist. She said she'd call the tech to see what the deal was and call back. Never heard from her so I called her and she said she he just got in and would now come in the afternoon instead of the morning I had him scheduled. He never showed so I called another company to perform the service the next day. The next morning the AES tech arrives without any notice along with the other vendor. My experience with Advanced Electrical was superb. The electrician was able to come quickly and did a great job taking care of installing an electrical outlet and finishing a job of hardwiring ethernet through the house. The electrician was friendly, complied with COVID precautions, and explained everything well.
