Always super helpful and always helps me pick out the cutest glasses. All the girls are great, but she stands out. Always have. Dr. Shackelford is blessed to have her!!!! She makes sure everyone is taken care of. Never rushes the patients after being seen and getting their glasses and contacts. Gives all options available. I have been buying glasses from Ms. Davis for the past several years. Never have had one issue with my glasses (wish I could say that about the Optometrist Office) and the experience was not only thorough, but fun. Ms. Davis has a very pleasant personality, she is courteous, very engaging, and it is apparent, well educated in her field.They always say the customer is not an outsider in a business, butthey are part of it.
