“I’ve been using Crocker heating and air for about 2 years now and throughout all the issues I’ve ever had them come out to fix the prices have always been fair and reasonable. I love the service I receive when they come out from all their techs. Ive gotten quotes from many other companies and they always come in at the best price. There have been so many times I’ve called late at night about issues and Chris (the owner) would call me within 10 minutes to talk with me about it, which I appreciate so much. There have even been times I’ve called on the weekends and they’ll come out within an hour (I swear I keep my brother in law away from clippers and the ac power cord now!!)! “Yes walked into my dining room to see a 3x3 section falling from ceiling.Contractor said to call Air condition die it was condensation so I call Radich heating and air. They came out quickly checked it good and come to find out. It was a hole in the ceiling above the spot that came in they checked the Air condition very good and then Colton took the time and patch the whole with cardboard so the hot air from the attic wouldn’t come down on me.
