“Once again Eagle Services has come to my rescue and repaired my AC unit .When the technician came and I told him what it was doing John new exactly what was wrong went straight to my unit and bypassed the problem and got it up and running temporarily till the part needed was ordered few days passed then John showed up out of the clear blue and changed the part needed checked all pressures and made sure all was well again Eagle Services and John thank you my wife is asthmatic and can not take the heat I will always recommend Eagle Service and continue to use them“

“Our AC went out a month ago! My husband replaced the capacitor and another part and still nothing! I actually found Northbay Heating and Air while reading a review about a bigger Named company that was going to charge $$$ and wouldn’t be able to do the work for over a week, after this person called Northbay it only costed her $ and was fixed same day! So Northbay is the ONLY place we called! Todd came out same day, knew the problem within 15mins then went in search of the motor we needed not sure if he would find one for our AC make and model. We were happily surprised when he called a couple hours later with motor in hand! He came that day and replaced that motor in no time and we had cool air again! We were so appreciative! He went above and beyond for us and believe it or not it costed us under $500!! They deserve 5 stars for the incredible work, but are getting 4 stars instead of 5 because the actual charge just came out of our account TODAY! We thought this was already taken care of at the time of service a month ago! So the fact that I had not planned for this charge TODAY took me by surprise! It’s been a month since the work was done! Thank goodness I had it in the bank to pay them this! Not everyone has that kind of money just sitting there for whenever someone decides to charge for services!
