“This is the second studio that I normally frequent. I usually work out in Crestwood, but I do come here for a class or 2 as well during the week. While this studio is a little older, it seems to have friendlier and more interactive clientele. The location is perfect for me when coming home from work and wanting to go straight to a class. Mostly, I take a class here over the weekend or late at night during the weekdays. Some of the reformers may show some wear and tear, but they do a great job maintaining. They use a sprayer and washcloth for cleaning purposes, which I actually prefer more than the disposable wipes as it decreases the amount of garbage output. The instructors are very friendly! This is a nice studio to workout in, and I enjoy the bonus interactions as well. The classes are a lot more varied here, and I can usually find an open spot for certain classes I want to take without having to sign up for it weeks in advance.“

“Life changing! I had zero experience with Pilates until I stepped into The Studio nearly 9 months ago. “Anyone who attends regular Pilates lessons at this facility will truly be investing for their future. As a sufferer of osteoporosis and arthritis, the benefits have been quite outstanding for me. I have increased my bone density from osteoporosis to osteopenia in my back and to within the normal range in my hips. My arthritic knees have stopped hurting due to the leg muscles I have built up. This is definitely due to my Pilates lessons as I take no medications for these conditions. As an added benefit, my rib cage is more defined, the muscles I have built are long and lean and I am so much more flexible. I started with private lessons intending to move on to group lessons but the benefits I have had from individual attention and tuition have made me want to stick with one on one lessons. This is a warm and friendly studio where every client is made to feel valued and appreciated. I cannot recommend highly enough!“

“This is such a fantastic studio. The instructor/owner is so kind, accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love coming here, sometimes up to 5 times a week! The workouts are awesome, the clientele is friendly, and the music (though low) is always great. I feel so lucky to have found this place! I get a full body workout whenever I come. I have tried almost all of the different formats and love them all, especially cardio reformer and platform. Highly recommend.“

The instructor, Alicia, was also extremely welcoming and made this social anxietied fella feel very at ease.The class itself was truly great for what I needed at the time. I did a restorative yoga class there (my first yoga class in well over 10-15 years!) and when I left I felt more relaxed and centered than I had in eons!Do your mind and body a service and schedule a class here. “I was in town visiting a friend and we stopped in for a yoga class. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. I'm not very flexible but the yoga class was great and they even explained easier poses for those not as advanced. After class everyone chatted for a couple minutes but it seems like a great environment to workout in and would definitely come back.“

The outdoor pool is an oasis in the summer and the cafe keeps you hydrated and full day in and day out. Cannot rave about Life Time Frontenac enough.“
