I take private lessons with Sonya. She tailors each class to meet the specific needs of my body and moves me forward at an appropriate and steady pace. Besides being a very knowledgeable instructor, Sonya is a wonderful person.

Sonya is a very experienced instructor. I first attended classes with her at Wellbridge, then at her current location. When Covid came, she quickly adjusted to zoom which is how I still attend her classes. I am very grateful for being able to exercise from home due to immune issues.
