I have had Messina Plumbing assigned a couple of times for minor issues and always prompt and quick in resolving, last time I feared a leak and my home warranty assigned another plumber who told me they did a temporary fix but that I needed the line from meter outside to inside my house replaced ($4500) quoted to me was leak was in my crawlspace because they said leak was outside my foundation warranty wouldn't cover - I called for a 2nd opinion and they (Messina) found the leak was repaired in my crawlspace and there was no leak outside my foundation - saving me $4500 - would definitely recommend
