One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I have a home warranty and they contracted Action Rooter to fix our hot water heater. There was ZERO communication from them. The only time I communicated with them was when I called them. Then they would say they would call me back, but never would. It took them almost 2 weeks to show up. The day they finally showed up, they were almost 4 hours late. After they left, our hot water would only last about 4 minutes, not even long enough for a shower. I called them the following day and, of course, they said they would call me back. I never received a return call from them.
