STH&AC were very responsive. From the initial phone call to diagnosis and maintenance on my AC they were thorough, professional, and friendly. A sout out to my technician, Austin, who did a great job explaining what was needed, what it would cost and recommending what I should do to keep my AC running well. In fact, I plan on using them this fall to do a check-up and any maintenance on my furnace.
