I called them in the past before covid and requested a quote on obtaining a second unit. Jonathan, the technician was thorough, courteous and easy to talk to. He serviced my unit and spoke in terms I understood and gave me tips to ensure I got the longest life out of the AC. He thoroughly assessed the upstairs bedroom to determine the efficiency another unit would have on the temperature. He went above and beyond providing recommendations that I implemented.

Fast forward to yesterday. I had my annual maintenance appointment, And guess who they sent?! Jonathan! He recalled discussions we had more than three years ago. I didn't even recall some of them! He made me feel completely comfortable. 1) I was working from home, and was so comfortable with him independently working in various parts of my house. I am also in the midst of ckeaning and clearing some major clutter and had a bunch of projects going on. 2) Jonathan was respectful of the space. I dont wear shoes in my home and he proactively put on booties.
3) When I discovered a problem, they were very responsive and came quickly to resolve it.
