I have had nothing but perfect experiences with Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and my air conditioning unit in 2009, and I have used them ever since for the maintenance and service on both. Their customer service personnel are so nice and they get your service call scheduled very promptly. If there is any sort of emergency they will arrange to get a technician to your house the same day if at all possible. The knowledge and expertise of the service technicians is top of the line, and the technicians are always willing to fully explain the work that they are doing in terms that I can understand. You guys did an incredible job! We were expecting to have to wait a while to get our project done with the high temps, but you showed up in 2 business days, got a really annoying job done fast and without any fuss, and charged us half of what we expected. I can’t say enough good things these guys. I had an after hours call and they were extremely responsive and communicative to help us out. Turns out our compressor was bad and needed a new AC unit, but it being a holiday weekend made it terrible timing to get a new one the following days. They installed window ac units free of charge to get us by for the weekend until we could get our new AC unit put in. We ended up needing more materials than initially expected and they still honored their price.
