“Aptitude Design and Build did an amazing job re-finishing part of my basement. The detailed estimate and reasonable price is what led me to choose Aptitude to begin with. They were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process, and flexible with an additional change that I wanted after the start of the project. There were a couple of delays due to things that were discovered along the way (cracks in the foundation hidden by previous paneling/drywall, etc), but they brought those to my attention and facilitated getting them taken care of. I’ve had multiple people comment on how clean they kept the area during construction and how nice it turned out.
