Baue has served my family for over 20 years, most recently with the celebration of life of my husband. Very responsive to all my needs and last minute changes. Very professional and caring staff. I want to give a special thank you to Jazmine Golden for making things easier for me and to Pastor Pat Rankin for fitting the service for my husband in.
The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Rachel explained many options to us that we didn’t even know were possible. Thanks Baue!
I had a bad experience with Maria as the funeral director! Made unprofessional comments to me, my ex husband and his daughter were totally in charge. My son was 28 years old when he died and she acted like he was a minor child and only his dad's opinionsattered ,I was not treated as a mother like I was an outsider because we were divorced but we were married for 25 years and just got divorced 2 years prior to his death. I raised that boy she doesn't know our history but because my son lived with his dad still in the basement she acted as of he were a juvenile and like his dad had custody, but he was his own adult person and his own guardian. She has made my grief worse than ever and I will never be able to forget my god awful experience and Baue just acts like they don't care I did complain to multiple people but like usual they made comments to cover her and not address my complaints. My sons name was Kevin Eynard died 12/3/2017, his funeral was 12/11/2017. We had him laid out and then cremated and one of his best friends and his girlfriend told me she was friends with one of the people that saw my son's body and told her my son's legs were crushed and horrible looking and she told me that, like that is so professional of their employee
