It is so hard to lose our pets. Our boy, Jake, was our soul and heart dog. He meant the world to us. He passed away rather suddenly at home and we didn’t know what to do next. My mom suggested Baue. We called and immediately spoke with Kim, who was very compassionate and kind. We took Jake to Baue the next morning for cremation as well as a private ceremony with him. Later that week I went to pick up his ashes and keepsakes. I was greeted by Teddy, who I did not even know of, and felt his emotional support.
