We have used Signature Home Comfort for years. We have their annual service agreement each year and it has really paid off. They service, clean, and help maintain the HVAC. When something goes wrong, they are right to you. Our capacitor went out this afternoon. I got home from work around 4:45 and realized the AC wasn't cooling as it should. I called them around 5 after making sure wasn't a thermostat issue...they were here by 6:20 and it was fixed shortly after. I am so very thankful for their quick and professional service.
