“When my parents decided it was a good idea to start receiving some help at home, together we interviewed several companies and easily settled on Veritas. We based our judgement on the interview with not only Amy, the owner of the company, but also one with the recommended care giver. This was the only company that allowed us to interview the actual care giver. It was an easy choice based upon that second interview.Since that day we have seen some declining health. Amy answered her phone no matter when I called. She helped us with a plan to prep my parents to accept the extra hours. Soon after we increased the number of days and hours such that we now have 2 care givers. They are both kind, respectful, generous and thoughtful. They offer companionship,house cleaning, a watchful eye on medicines, and even meal preparations. Eventually we will need nursing care and we hope to stay with Veritas for that as well. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!“

“I was in need of someone to sit with my elderly mother and assist her with things around her home while i went to work and run errands. Home Instead was quick to respond and had someone out within a day. The caretaker was very good with my mom. Even though my mom was unsure about a stranger staying with her, she was well cared for and eventually felt comfortable with them around. Home Instead was well worth it. I was able to get things done and get some relief when I really needed it. My mom is now in assisted living, but I would use Home Instead again if I ever needed then.“

“I worked for First call for over three years. If they were in Tennessee, I would still work for them. I will say that the ladies are top-notch!! They become your friends & they become your allies. they have your back when needed! They are very competitive with their pay, the ladies in the office, do everything they can to find you work. I must say that I miss them all!!“
