Before the project, the salesperson provided detailed information about the product, the office staff went out of their way to obtain the necessary local business license, and they communicated well about the timing. The salesperson met with me at the house at the beginning and end of the project. The roofing crew was very polite and professional. They kept the site extremely clean - there was never any food trash at the worksite, even during the day while they were working, and they cleaned up completely every night. There was a lot of wood rot in the original siding and trim, which they spent a considerable amount of work repairing/replacing before installing the siding, at no additional cost. Also, the installed siding looks great.“
