Fantastic customer service - Had a leak in my roof near the chimney so I called JJs. The sent Dustin who is possibly one of the most personable and professional people I've worked with in quite some time. After the initial assessment, it was determined that it wasn't a roof issue, but a chimney one. Without hesitating, Dustin made a few calls and linked me up with another company to get it all taken care of. This is where I would've typically experienced the drop in any follow up or communication. I had water marks on my ceiling. Dustin took the time to explain to me why the marks were there and why I did not need a roof repair or replacement. He gave me practical and inexpensive tips to prevent further marks from happening. When, at some point, I do need a new roof I will be calling these guys.

I don’t give reviews, but I will for Dustin and JJ Roofing. I won’t tell you everything went as planned, but these people will make it right. They will back their reputation and product. Great personal service. JJ Roofing will change your mind about roofing contractors.
