He could have easily convinced me to buy a new unit (mine is 30+ years old), but he recommended I fix this one because it would likely last me MUCH longer than a new one. We discussed effeciancy, and decided that since this is our "auxilary" AC that that was not a huge issue. Bottom line is Caleb could have easily made a LOT more money, but he was more concerned with doing the right thing. Rare find these days!!!“
