Great experience, start to finish. They were referred to us by my father-in-law (who is particularly hard to impress). We knew we would need to replace our heat pump/ac sometime “soon.” It was 20+ years old and working intermittently. Bridgeport was the third company we called to try and fix the issue. Of course, it always worked fine whenever someone came to look; “could not reproduce the issue.” However, the guys at Bridgeport kept checking in every few days whenever they were close-by (we live in nowhere-land) to try and catch the problem.
