“I called Rick Ramsey at Affordable Plumbing and Sewer to scope my sewer line because there are massive trees around our early 1980s neighborhood and several of these homes have experienced sewer line issues. Well, Jeff ran a camera down the line and discovered it had an offset at a joint from tree roots forcing their way in. I knew I needed to fix it before it became worse. The price was right so a few days later, John came with a crew and a backhoe, dug down to the damaged sewer line in close proximity to the locate flags for the buried power lines, replaced the damaged section, refilled and cleaned up the yard in 5 hours. The price was fair and the crew were respectful and skilled. Excellent experience.“

“I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies then remembered what a great job R-Mech replacing my hot water heater the year before. Other companies tried to sell me a much larger system than I needed.R-Mech gave me the option of paying a little extra to have my install done on a Saturday, rather than wait until Monday.
