“Very impressed! I used to take my daughter to those franchise eye centers. After a couple visits to SLEC, I'll never go back. The doc took the time to dig deep into my daughter's poor eyesight. He asked me several times if "this" or "that" is a concern. I'm pretty sure he tested her prescription a few times to make sure it's correct. The staff took the time to walk my daughter through every potential pair of glasses. Again, very impressed! I received a text a week or so later to call or text to schedule fitting for glasses. “I've used Dr Svensen since the 90's and he's always been a very caring and patient Dr. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you understand your diagnosis and treatment options. He also treats my daughter. She had a lot of health issues in 2022. He took the time to listen, added new tests for her vision, found a problem and contacted the referred Dr while in the exam room with us. He has been there for us while we deal with this medical condition. I thank God that he has been our Dr and that he takes the time to listen to his patients. We will never use another Dr but him, with the exception of my daughter having to use the neuro-ophthalmologist that he recommended, who also happens to be a great Dr.“

My 5-year-old son was nervous about his eye exam, and Dr. Dawson showed him everything he needed to know about all the fancy machines he would be looking through. He wound up having a positive experience, and he had lots of good feedback for me afterwards.The selection of frames is broad and stylish, and the fitting technician is knowledgeable and helpful.The front desk staff is cheerful, helpful, and competent.Everything about this organization exceeds expectations. The only drawback I encountered was due to the physical location. Making a left turn onto the road in front of the office is difficult due to oncoming traffic patterns.“
