I needed an update. Doctor was great and answered all my questions. $20 extra for a picture of the retina, which is good since it’s been a while. I couldn’t afford the glasses upsell and there wasn’t pressure to do so. I live a few hours away and they sent my glasses to me for $5, thanks! This location tends to be able to take walk-ins, but call first!

the gentlemen at the desk, i believe daniel was extremely kind and helpful. my insurance was being tricky and he tried to resolve the issue for me which i greatly appreciated. the customer service was spot on even though i did not get my exam here!!

They provide excellent customer service! I took my 97-year-old mother up to get her hair glasses and I two pairs of glasses. We drove 60 miles to get there and they were so awesome. And I love my new pair of specs! And they are Amazing! ?
