Brendan is an amazing technician and Dr. Henson addressed all my concerns with my older pug and made me feel at ease. There was one time my girl was in pain and needed to be seen ASAP. His previous vet couldn’t get within 5 feet of him which was impacting his care. I learned about the fear free certification and switched to this animal hospital.<br><br>Everyone here is so kind, so gentle, and my dog almost drags me to get inside and he’s glad to say hi to the staff. It was hard to find a vet that would see a hedgehog, but they were happy to. Dr. Coffman was knowledgeable and her staff was amazing and kind. “I've been to Fox Creek a few times for my dogs. The first time I needed a second opinion. I called and was scheduled the next day. The vet listened to my concerns, we discussed a treatment plan, and my dog improved quickly. I thought they were patient, they listened and cared. Everyone in the office was friendly. Then I took my dog for a checkup and routine shots two weeks ago. I got my preferred day and time for the appt and got some great suggestions on ways to proactively help my dog's health. I'm happy with the care they've received and will continue to go back.“
