Joe was so professional, knowledgeable and patient as we selected our new carpet and LVP. Installers were right on time, and did a nice job. The process was simple, timely, and well done.
Sales people were great. 3rd party installers were great. The flooring was great What was not great was the owner. Never answers or returns messages. He was rude when he was at my house for measuring. Then he didn’t do everything he said he was gonna do. I would never send anyone there and I’ll never go back. You’re better off buying what you want and hire your own installers.
Everyone there is SUPER helpful and love working with them. I have used them of numerous projects and would not shop anywhere else. Paul helped me design our Master Bathroom tile and did a great job!
