I have rental property in Simi Valley, and live across the country. I manage the property myself, and when I needed a few items completed on our house in Simi, I found Joe on Yelp. Joe was responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced. I had called two other people to help me out, but Joe was the only person who seemed like he really takes pride in what he does, so I knew I could trust him even when I couldn't be in town to oversee the project. I'll use Joe for future projects, and definitely recommend him!

I was overwhelmed with all the things that needed to be done in the condo I just purchased in Simi Valley, luckily I found Joe's great reviews on Yelp and decided to give him a call. He responded right away and was willing to tackle all the jobs I had for him (fixing, painting, etc.). I couldn't be happier, he is responsible, always on time, and everything he did was to my complete satisfaction. He also went that extra mile to fix other little things he noticed needed attention even though I hadn't asked him. I fully recommend Joe.
