Almost every BB I’ve been too there are amazing colorists/stylists I causing Peyton at this location yet….when asked for a color I left with the SAME color, just shinier and curled cute. Hair chin length and fine and it was $185. When I asked for a redo or lowlight to get the dark I’d asked for she disagreed and said I’d need to pay? Since it was “the color we discussed in consultation”. Huh? Why? Why would I ask for the same washed out light brown? She toned twice and still too light and unflattering. Should have said something right after but was embarrassed to say it. Seemed so obvious. Also had dinner date I was late for. Reached out to customer service twice for resolution to no avail. Very disappointed and not looking my best. Just wrong. I can understand two people having a difference in hair colors but to leave with the same washed out color? That’s my favorite Went to Dollar Tree and got the mens dark brown beard color and did some lowlights. Look much better.
