Things really seem to have improved in the last few months. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, for being on the smaller side, they have a great selection of products, and maintain consistent product availability!

Brooke was FABULOUS! I was running late for my flight to KC. I ended up on the plane with wet hair and had a meeting a few hours after landing. Not knowing the area, I booked online with the only stylist that was available in my time frame and hope for the best. Brooke introduced herself as my stylist and took me back. I told her my dilemma and what I needed. She was so friendly and offered lots of fun things to do and great restaurants. She did my hair in 20 or 25 minutes. It looked great and I felt so much better about my presentation. I would go back to her in a heartbeat. The cashier was also very friendly. The whole experience was great.

Brooke at the Liberty location is an absolute master with hair. She not only listened to what I wanted, but gave me so much more than I ever could have hoped for. She is a true artist with a gift! I told her after my appointment that I am making her my stylist! That is something I have never done! Give Brooke a raise and all the good things!
