“AC went out during the heatwave, told me what it would cost to fix but highly recommended a new unit (the price to temp fix a 20 year unit was crazy in comparison to just getting a new unit). Had a salesperson out same day, looked at what I had and what was needed, and gave me a few options. All reasonably and competitively priced. Biggest + is that it was a no pressure purchase. Gave me a few days to think about it and talk it over, answered any questions and even offered some alternative solutions. Turnaround time was about a work week.

After him being patient with me asking a thousand questions on if I could fix it or needed to replace it he offered to come and look at it.
