“I called Rick Ramsey at Affordable Plumbing and Sewer to scope my sewer line because there are massive trees around our early 1980s neighborhood and several of these homes have experienced sewer line issues. Well, Jeff ran a camera down the line and discovered it had an offset at a joint from tree roots forcing their way in. I knew I needed to fix it before it became worse. The price was right so a few days later, John came with a crew and a backhoe, dug down to the damaged sewer line in close proximity to the locate flags for the buried power lines, replaced the damaged section, refilled and cleaned up the yard in 5 hours. The price was fair and the crew were respectful and skilled. Excellent experience.“

“I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies then remembered what a great job R-Mech replacing my hot water heater the year before. Their HVAC person was the only one who checked my electric panel to see if it could support the unit I needed. Other companies tried to sell me a much larger system than I needed.R-Mech gave me the option of paying a little extra to have my install done on a Saturday, rather than wait until Monday. Well worth it! They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. The service contract offer was no pressure and a good buy. They keep me on track for maintenance. Very efficient systems in place! Polite & respectful. I’m impressed every time and won’t hesitate to hire them again and again.“

“Jake was a good worker , but couldn’t finish job 1st day (we had to get septic tank emptied for him to finish) but he told us he’d be back the following day (septic tank emptied next morning). Well the following day an emergency happened but the lack of communication between Jake, or the office was a little to be desired. We called the office multiple times with a promise they would get back to us. No calls received from anyone. Then finally a text came in on Monday that Jake would be out. He finally finished Monday afternoon after leaving for a hour to pick up something he didn’t have but needed. So far system is working fine. But for communication between office, worker to the customer would get a 1 star and Jake a 4 star for his work.“
