Tim was great! Professional, friendly, and efficient. The decline of our old water heater was so slow we didn’t realize how lukewarm our hot water had gotten until Tim replaced it. Now we have hot water!

This is our second dealing with a plumber over the past couple of years. Chris was the man. Oh, man, what a great job he did. We did a little research this time because our last dealings with a well known company left a nasty taste in our wallet. $2900 for a tub kit seemed a tad pricey with the other company so we opted to try Inception. I am so very pleased with the service that Chris provided. That young man deserves a healthy raise. Color me satisfied with American service !

Friendly courteous and explained everything in detail. I can tell a lot about a person simply by a handshake. From the hello to the have a great day it was everything I already knew from his handshake. Good people
