In fact, Spira Care has given me the most pleasant doctor experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a wait and the staff is always very pleasant. They were able to get me in the next day when I had an issue crop up. I also love their online system, my doctor was able to do an easy diagnosis and send me a prescription via their online service within 24 hours of me sending in a message. Saved me a trip and time off work! Overall really enjoy this practice“

“The check in staff is always super nice when I come in to get labs drawn, can't say so much for the phlebotomy people, they seem like they need more training on customer service skills.“

“Sometimes there is a long wait, other times you get called right back (and wait another 10 min). But the doctors here are great! (I would go to a diff. lab if u can, just because the waiting room for the lab is small but if u r not a germophobe like me, just stay.) Oh and the ladies out front to check u in - r amazing!
