“Had a great experience with this clinic yesterday. We were setting up a new primary care provider for one of our kiddos. Dr. Gomez was so easy to talk to and showed compassion for our situation and what we were needing. They have someone on staff to draw lab work so you don’t have to go to an outside source. This time saver and convenient service is great! It was the first time our daughter had her blood drawn and she was scared/nervous. The gal who drew the blood was so calm and patient with her. Highly recommend this group!!“

“Cannot recommend Spira Care and the Crossroads location enough. It’d been years since id been to the doctor for various reasons, so I was nervous about going again. Immediately the receptionist was SO kind and helpful, and the office was bright, comfortable, and inviting. I was seen almost right away, the nurse was very friendly and helpful with my questions, and my doctor was even more so. Even when she noticed things she was concerned about, she was so calm and clear about everything that I was kept at ease about everything. I received a referral to get a scan done and was seen almost immediately by the woman who helps manage referrals who, also, was extremely friendly and helpful. It felt like everyone I saw was genuinely happy to be working there, which is a great sign. All the care I received here was free which I was convinced was just a marketing gimmick when I signed up for Spira Care — but it’s true! Had such a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.“

“I received a referral from my doctor to get a scan about something she was concerned about, and was very nervous for this appointment about what might be discovered. First, the scan was scheduled within days of my initial doc appointment, which was awesome. The receptionists were so kind and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. I was seen really quickly, and again, everyone else in the office was extremely kind and helpful. I walked in feeling shaky and tearful, and about 15 mins into the appointment and during the entire scan felt like I was just chatting with a friend on a regular day, I almost forgot what I was there for. They explained what everything was, answered all my questions, were very clear, and friendly. I hope I don’t have to come back soon but I would recommend this location for anyone who needs it!“

“My first visit to see a new recommended physician. They have a large waiting room which serves all the doctors. My wait was about 10 minutes. Was in and out in a timely manner. Was not at all what I read in past comments about slow time. Their check in process was good and the front reception was friendly and helpful.“
