1st time to a salon and had highlights done, I am absolutely thrilled and love how it turned out, Tanya did an amazing job on my hair and her associate Catrice was very helpful in the experience. I had my hair permed today by Tanya Downs. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the outcome! She did an amazing job. She also trimmed my hair and kept to taking just a tiny bit off. Her customer service and communication is above and beyond. I will be going back to her for sure. 5 stars doesn't even come close, because she did so great!

Got my haircut elsewhere. It was butchered. Came here and they fixed it! Both the ladies there were really nice. The stylist took the time to listen and cut it perfectly. Highly recommend.
