Del's Appliance Heating & Cooling Appliance Repair

“Short story: Don't hire this company. We have been having to pay them almost yearly to come fix mistakes that they caused. Long story: Do not ever use this Glenn unless you want him to blow your money. He is running a racket. We tried to support local, so we asked him to install heating and cooling. He first suggested the furnace be downstairs. This was fine for a little while until it stopped working. At which point he suggested it needed to be moved, which we of course paid him for, as we believed him. One more, it worked for a summer, only to again stop working. Glen again came and his suggestion? The furnace needed to be moved downstairs, where it was originally. So he again got paid move the furnace back to where he moved it from the previous time it stopped working. This again did not solve the problem permanently, requiring near yearly repair visits. We have finally had enough of hemorrhaging money to a company that is happy to keep accepting money for poor work. Edit: I am also adding a picture of the ceiling damage caused by the AC leaking after it was installed in the attic by Del's, since they want to argue in the comments and take no responsibility for any of this. To anyone reading this just know that the people who work here apparently think they did nothing wrong after their work led to this. They did the job poorly leading to water damage and yearly band aids to keep it running for another year, then want praise for giving discounts on the repair work. Business security, eh?“
