Jen explained that she would have to shave that area and explained why which is understandable. Jen also went out of her way to show me the proper brush and comb to use on her to prevent Matting.“

She works very quick and my xsmall dog is typically ready for pick up in under 45 minutes. I would recommend this experienced small business over the overpriced, poor quality local Petsmart any day. If I could rate higher than a 5, I would!“
