“I had a wonderful experience with Carousel Florist when I ordered flowers for a family member. I used a third party company because I sometimes need to send flowers across the country and this company utilizes local florists. This delivery I was lucky enough to get Carousel Florist. They called ahead of the delivery because there was a heat advisory and wanted to make sure someone was home to accept. I was 4 hours away and they were more than accommodating with me as I reached out to my relative to ensure she was home and could accept them. I appreciated that they didn’t just say “oh well let’s leave it on the porch not our problem” which would have been the easier thing to do. And the bouquet was absolutely beautiful.
