“I called today and requested an arrangement for this afternoon, even offered to pick it up for ordering at the last minute. They were able to deliver for me at no change. She asked several questions to help me decide what I wanted, and made some suggestions. After finishing the arrangement she sent me a picture, and it was absolutely amazing.
