Brandon, our sales rep, was able to get our warranty company to pay out by some miracle after they denied our claim three times saving us $6000! “I contacted Queen city regarding my heating unit. They did such a thorough inspection it was discovered we had a relatively high carbon monoxide leak. For our safety the unit had to be shut down. Queen City offered us heaters to use until they could replace the unit. I can't recall the gentleman's name but he was amazing!! Then the installers came. Again these guys were phenomenal! I had an event planned for that evening. They installed in 1 day and cleaned up so well you would have never of known they were here. All the employees/technicians I encountered were very well educated in their field, experienced, kind, professional, informative, honest and respectful. Lauren in the office is very kind and sweet. These guys are just unbelievable and the best ! I highly recommend this company !“
