We thought our cat had a uti but she was diagnosed with bladder stones and prescribed a medical food. You can tell the staff are knowledgeable and caring from their interactions with animals. “I've been taking my three dogs and Cat here for several years. We even moved 30 min away but I will still take them to Heritage. The vets here are very kind and the staff is great and make my pets feel comfortable. They were so apologetic when they made mistake with my appointment. For the most part it's reasonably priced, very clean and you can get in fairly quick. They are great at communicating/ call backs and never hesitate to answer my questions if I need to call about my pets. I only took off one star because I have once or twice felt pressured to add tests, treatment etc. that aren't strictly necessary or are more expensive than the alternative.“

“We were visiting the area and didn’t know anyone. Due to a family emergency my husband and I had to leave early the next day so we had to board our dog. She was behind on some shots and the kennel would not take her. After some scrambling at 5:30 PM the night before we left Saint Charles animal Hospital came to the rescue and took care of our pup. They squeezed us in and solved our problem. They were courteous and kind! I highly recommend!!!“

Tech Janet was whom I spoke with at the consultation and during my cat's stay at AVS and she is a true gem! My cat is weary of anyone outside of our household and they were so kind and accommodating to him and providing me updates throughout his time there. It made me feel reassured that not only he was getting the treatment but also by people who truly care. Over a month post-procedure and my lil' buddies levels show that he no longer has Hyperthyroidism! “If I could give Dr.K 100 stars I genuinely would! I spent thousands and thousands of dollars in vet bills for our cat, he has chin acne & chronic ear infections. The vet had no idea what they were dealing with, but continued leaving me to spend so much money with the problem not being solved. 1 appointment, only ONE Dr.K fixed both problems, my cat no longer has chin acne, nor ear infections. “Dr. Bruce Karmazin is so awesome! Easily, the best veterinarian I have ever seen! I was blessed to have 2 dogs, in my childhood & just wish that their vets had been even HALF as good as Dr. Bruce! I had 2 dogs, one of whom has, sadly, passed on. Dr. B. took care of both & continues to care for my little angel boy, Nestor! I should also mention that all his staff are just wonderful, as well!
