2023 Based on a recommendation from a family member in the trades, I selected Century Plumbing to help me out after noticing a leak in the basement underneath our toilet. Service tech Chris came out on time as promised, and did a complete job. He didn’t even mind me watching every step of the way so I could learn a little bit more myself. “I've been doing business there for years. Never thought about writing a review until I saw a one star. Wah. A once-a-century deluge and failed sump pump is hardly on Pyramid. This customer wouldn't have gotten any "consideration" for a failed pump upgrade at any big box store.
I've put in 24 underground sprinkler systems (it's a hobby) and ALWAYS get what I can from Pyramid because they're great people and great to deal with. Well, except for Pete - that's true. :)“
