My 5-year-old son was nervous about his eye exam, and Dr. Dawson showed him everything he needed to know about all the fancy machines he would be looking through. He wound up having a positive experience, and he had lots of good feedback for me afterwards.The selection of frames is broad and stylish, and the fitting technician is knowledgeable and helpful.The front desk staff is cheerful, helpful, and competent.Everything about this organization exceeds expectations. The only drawback I encountered was due to the physical location. Making a left turn onto the road in front of the office is difficult due to oncoming traffic patterns.“

“I originally choose this place because I wanted to support a local Brookside business and I've been very pleased with their services. You might have to jump through an extra hoop for insurance reimbursement compared to some of the national chains or network providers, but their exceptional service definitely makes it worthwhile.I wear both contacts and glasses. The contacts they recommended for me are the best I've ever had. They spent more time considering which line of contacts were most suitable for my vision problems than any other optometrist that I've been to.Same for the glasses as well. A great match for my vision problems. I got an expensive pair of lenses and then somehow manage to scratch them up 9 months later. I took them to get repaired and I was expecting to have spend hundreds on a new set of lenses. But they recognized that they were still under warranty. They handled shipping them to the manufacturer and then they were ready for me to pick up a week later...all at no extra cost to me.I really appreciate service like that and they definitely earned a new long-term customer.“

“I stepped on my glasses the other day, leaving the hinges quite bent. I get nervous sometimes, but the optician had a calming demeanor. He was also able to fix the bent hinges. The glasses fit on my face and in my case again. Edit: I sat on them, he fixed them again. He is good at repairs!“
