“Let me start off by saying that I am a small business owner and so is my mother. My mother had low hot water pressure from the kitchen sink. I found Raw Dawg's Plumbing Service Online. I decided to try their service. Mike was the plumber that did the service. There was a blockage in the hot water line due to Calcium deposits. Mike Let us know about the problem and replaced the clogged hot water line. Mike was honest and let me know that even though he replaced the line there maybe calcium build up in other areas but that may require thousands of dollars to tear up the floor. Mike was honest and gave us a reasonable assessment of both problem and solution. The day after Mike did the job there was a slight leak, I called him and he came out and fixed the leak no problem and apologized for the inconvenience. After about a week the water pressure returned to normal for the hot water in the Kitchen.

“While changing the hardware on our basement shower, the main water valve knob broke. It wouldn’t open back up for water to flow back into the house. We didn’t have water for about 1hr. We called Flow Kings they come out to our house within 2 hrs, and fixed the issue fast! They replaced the whole copper pipe. Replaced the old valve knob with an up to date handle valve. The repair men are so professional and nice. I am more than satisfied. Any plumbing issues we will have in the future I will only call Flow King Rooter!“
