Colin posted an opening, he got my idea (messaged through Instagram by my husband as a birthday gift surprise), and executed it quickly and professionally. It's exactly what I wanted my feral party opossum to be.
The shop environment is clean and well cared for. Every step of the process was well thought out and for getting a lot of needles jabbed into me my comfort was prioritized. Many don't like the social media aspect of scheduling, but it was really accessible and easy for me personally.
