I was really nervous but everyone was so friendly and their new location is gorgeous and cozy. Natalie took time reviewing the design with me; resizing, playing with the placement, and just making sure it was perfect. “I went to get a VCH piercing Jan. 12. This is my 1st time going to Trx. Before hand I had looked at their website. I decided I wanted Rhonda or Casey to do my piercing. Also I chose Trx because it’s APP recognized. I went & the front staff was good Makenzie & another lady I didn’t get her name but she had long braids with glasses she has such a happy & helpful disposition I really liked her aura. My piercer was Casey since Rhonda was not there & Casey was such a wonderful piercer. She made my experience pleasant. She was patient & even help with picking my jewelry. I really recommend her. I even told people about her & if Rhonda is avail go to her. Even though I didn’t get service from Rhonda her bio on the website had me sold. Idk the other staff I seen especially the males but 1 tattoo artist he seem so cool & pleasant maybe his name is John or Dave but whatever im big on customer service & Trx seem pretty good with that.“
