Couldn't be happier with our experience. Our AC stopped working after typical hours and they were the only "24/7" HVAC service who was able to come out same day. Not only were they fast, but they identified and fixed the problem immediately and did some preventative maintenance (and showed me how to do it) to prevent it from happening again. Will absolutely use them again in the future.
Wow!! Talk about amazing customer service!! I happened to randomly find this shop when needing my wheels reconditioned and wanting them custom painted. I’m so glad I did!! Our AC unit went out completely during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. I reached out to Level 9 and a technician was sent to my home within 24 hours to evaluate our AC unit providing proposal for a new unit that day. The installation was completed within 48 hours of my proposal acceptance. Technician Richie Porter performed the install. He was outstanding. AC unit is running great, without any sound unlike our old unit. Thumbs up to Level 9.

Excellent experience! Neil is professional and has extensive experience in building construction. My inspection was extremely thorough, fully completed, and written report delivered same day. As an individual that has owned several homes over the years, I can honestly say that this was the best inspection and fastest delivery of all. I was truly impressed by his knowledge and ability to explain everything in easily understandable terms. Also, he was able to coordinate my other inspections to occur at the same time, while allowing me to make a single payment to KHS Inspection vs. multiple payments to the other inspectors (pest and sewer lateral). Great price for outstanding service! I would highly recommend KHS for any inspection needs.

Mia is the best , I stopped getting my nails done because of lock of quality and cleanliness and creativity at the shops around St. Louis but I will most definitely be back regularly to see Mia . Her designs are up to date and on point and all the staff seem to remember every client . The pedicure felt amazing . Super clean and welcoming atmosphere. While visiting the dentist office for a crown, Dr Spalitto noticed a spot on my lip. I told him my dermatologist had said it wouldn't ever go away and there was nothing they could do about it. I was very self-conscious of it and had it for years. Dr Spalitto said he had a specialty laser that he thought would help it. I have total trust in Dr Spalitto and agreed to try it. Dr Spalitto followed up with me several times after the laser treatment (even on the weekend) to see how it was healing. The spot is totally gone now. Dr Spalitto and his staff go above and beyond to assist their patients with their dental needs and beyond. Highly recommend West County Dental.
Traci did eyebrow tinting for me before my wedding, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results! She took her time to make sure the shape and size looked natural (and not at all overdone!). Her warmth and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease and made the whole experience more enjoyable! Had such a great experience working with Libby's Blowtique for my wedding. Libby was so easy to communicate with regarding the planning process and the 3 stylists - Emily, Kayla and Rachel did an amazing job. Everyone's hair and makeup looked beautiful. The 3 girls were so much fun to have around all morning. They arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule which is always a plus on your wedding day!! I was in town visiting a friend and we stopped in for a yoga class. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. I'm not very flexible but the yoga class was great and they even explained easier poses for those not as advanced. After class everyone chatted for a couple minutes but it seems like a great environment to workout in and would definitely come back.

I love this place. Lisa is kind and a perfectionist and everyone is so nice. I used to go to a place closer to my house but after months of going there they still didn't know me or ever say my name. Since the first time I walked in she knew my name and welcomed me. This is one place I know I can relax and enjoy my time. The hardest decision is picking a color for my manicure. LOL

I was on a recent motorcycle trip cross county when on a Sunday my phone stopped working.
I was referred to The Fix at West County Center in Des Peres MO a possible repair.
Alex was able to fix it (outstanding job) and got me back on my way in a very short period of time. Without his help it would have cost me a new phone. I can’t say enough good things about my experience…
